Mats Karlsson
Chartering Specialist

Mats joined Stena Bulk AB in 1997 in the commercial operations department. In 2004, Mats spent a year working at Northern Marine Management, Stena’s in-house technical management company in Glasgow.
In February, 2005, Mats moved to Stena Bulk Ltd in London to take up position as General Manager, Commercial Operations. In July 2008 Mats moved over to the Chartering desk, to take up his present position as Chartering Specialist.
Mats holds a Master's Certificate for ocean-going vessels, he has 10 years of seagoing experience in different positions, from AB to Chief Officer. He spent most of his years at sea on tankers, from small product tankers to VLCCs.
