Nelson Hebert

Nelson Hebert, born in Texas, joined Stena Bulk as one of the original StenTex employees in April of 1995 as a Chartering Negotiator, based in White Plains , New York . He moved to Houston in 1997 to take over Chartering responsibilities there..

Nelson attended Lamar University in Beaumont majoring in business, while working for major oil company Texaco. He worked for Texaco from 1976 to 1995 at various positions, the last one being in the Tanker Chartering Department.

He and his wife Ilene spend their spare time visiting with grandchildren, gardening, and enjoying the Texas outdoors.
